Web-Based
Our web-based solutions require minimal hardware investments and reduces the need for IT staff. EMRx® allows access from virtually anywhere via a secure HIPAA compliant connection. All software upgrades are included in the monthly maintenance fee and are updated automatically, with no added expense or effort on your part.
Desktop
EMRx® user friendly desktop puts alerts and module navigation at your fingertips. Send and receive inter-office or company wide messages. Quickly access demographics, schedules, attachments, all placed to coordinate with your office workflow.
Scheduling
Schedule, edit, delete appointments with a click. EMRx® scheduler acts as a stand alone patient appointment scheduler or interfaces with your PMS software to import patient appointment information. Customizable check-in codes allows you to track your patient through the office, either replacing or complementing your current method.
Charting
EMRx® comes with a library of 200+ templates, fully customizable to mimic your existing workflow. Our attachments feature allows you to easily scan or import patient documents, results, and images directly into the chart. Your Face sheet automatically builds as you progress through the patient visit.
ePrescribing
The EMRx® e-prescribing program lets you easily and quickly generate electronic scripts, check interactions, send them to the pharmacy, or fax or print. 80,000+ drugs pre-loaded into the database allows you to build provider lists on the fly. Add pharmacies quickly and easily with our convenient search feature.
Office Efficiency for your Web-based EMRx
On-site Backup System - EMRx® Assurance serves as a back-up server if your Internet connectivity is ever disturbed, ensuring constant and consistent access to your EMR database.
Patient Records - EMRx® Assurance stores read-only patient records that include current history and historical problems, medications and allergies, history, vitals, encounters, immunizations, attachments, orders and results. Easily transfer patient medical records to other medical facilities or third parties by printing hard copies or burning files directly to a CD or DVD.
Regular Back-up - Assurance regularly and automatically downloads any updates from your EMR database to the on-site server. You set the frequency.
Quick Implementation - Assurance implementation is turn-key. We provide the pre-configured server and deliver it to you with your patient data already loaded.
